How do I know if my order has shipped or is ready for collection?

At Grouphunt, we guarantee that when the products reach us at our HQ, we send them out as quickly as possible. Once we have conducted an initial stock take to make sure that all of the group's orders are in place, we send an email notification to update you if your item has been shipped, or if it is ready for collection (you may also want to check your other's folder).
 
Additionally, you can check your order history by checking your Order History. You should see your orders displayed, as well as their fulfillment statuses.
