I've made the bank transfer, but my order is still listed as unpaid. What do I do?

Firstly, don't worry, we'll make sure things get worked out right =)

Most transactions will get matched within 5 - 10 minutes of your transfer.

Some common reasons why transactions aren't matched:

  • Transfer was done through GIRO instead of FAST
  • Multiple orders may result in the system not recognizing which transaction to match with your deposit amount

If you recognize any of those reasons above, please create a support ticket with our payment provider here: https://www.xfers.io/support/transactions. That's the fastest way to match the payment.
